I am an experienced Knowledge Management professional, with a passion for delivering award-winning and innovative KM processes, systems, and solutions within complex professional organisations.Using agile project management and effective stakeholder engagement to drive business change in dynamic and fast-paced environments, my skillset includes the design and implementation of customised workflow solutions, SharePoint technologies, project managing intranet re-builds, iManage and RAVN Insight DMS technologies, and building presence in social media.My technical expertise is complemented by advanced knowledge management and Microsoft certifications.
